At-Home Quilting provides telephone and e-mail support for all customers, every step of the way.
We are happy to chat about machine quilting in general, or the ABM Innova line of longarm quilters specifically.

NEW: Two-day retreat to get you off to a great start!
We are now offering FREE two-day quilting retreats (includes overnight hotel accommodations) for all new Innova owners who purchase their machines through us! (Cost is $375 otherwise.)
The "new owner's retreat" covers routine use/maintenance of your new Innova, plus introduction to freehand, pantos, stencils and templates.

All Innova customers who purchase their machines from us are entitled to unlimited training and support from us at our quilting studio in Johnstown, NY. Come as often, and for as long, as you'd like! All trainings are custom-tailored to the needs of our customers.

Set-Up and Training packages start at $500*
All ABM mid- and longarm quilting machines and frames come with complete instructions for those customers who would like to set up their systems themselves.
If you prefer, At-Home Quilting can set up your system at your home or business, and provide you with a same-day training on how to use it.
How to calculate your Set-Up and Training package cost:
Our $500 Set-Up and Training package is available for your ABM Innova and Pro-Frame at your home or business within 100 miles of Johnstown, NY. Add an additional $100 for every 100 miles after that:
1. We will uncrate your machine and/or frame and set it up in the location you designate in your home or business. (Typical set-up time can be 6-8 hours or more by an experienced assembler. Allow significantly more time if you are setting it up yourself for the first time.)
2. We will walk you through the basics of operating your system, including threading, winding bobbins, inserting needles correctly, attaching leaders, loading your quilt top/batting/backing and basic meandering stitching. We also cover basic machine cleaning and maintenance - and operation of the stitch regulator, if applicable.
If you need a refresher after we've left, just call or e-mail us.
If you want to schedule additional one-on-one, in-person trainings, an additional fee may apply if you want us to come to your location. Training and support is always offered free of charge if you come to our studio.
3. We'll make sure you have everything you need to get started right away. Our Set-Up and Training Package includes the following extras:
